Launch Celebration Details!

I hope you will join me at one or both of the local celebrations. Both events are free and open to the public, so please invite your friends. You do not need to read anything in advance to attend!

Launch Week Celebration
Saturday, August 23rd from 4-5 PM
Scrawl Books, Reston Town Center 
This event is geared toward middle grade readers and adults. I'll be in conversation with Kate Albus, author of A Place to Hang the Moon. You'll learn more about writing, as well as the history and inspiration behind the books. Q&A to follow.

Kids' Launch Event
Saturday, September 13th from 2-4 PM
Oakton Library 
Presented by Bard's Alley Bookstore & Fairfax County Public Libraries
Featuring skits, games, & science experiments, this event is geared toward kids of all ages and their families. (Cora and Maggie will be attending and helping me out at this one!) My books will also be available to purchase and signing.
